Shareholders

Danat Al Bahrain is jointly developed by Inovest, Baitak KFH and Edamah.  Inovest holds a 60% stake in the project, Baitak KFH holds a 20% stake, and Edamah holds a 20% stake.

Beaucraft was initially developed to supply a much needed Middle Eastern requirement for quality result driven Marina facility management. The operation of not only the marine aspects of the project but also the facilities within the project such as restaurants, fitness and spa centers, corporate offices and maintenance departments. A marina is not only a harbor but also a total leisure experience.

BWS Baker Wilkins & Smith is an international firm of construction consultants, whose main core services being quantity surveying and project management. BWS is the quantity surveyors for a few of Danat Al Bahrain’s projects.

HAJ was first registered in 1994 by Hisham Abdulrahman Jaffer. Hisham brought a new level of quantity surveying and commercial insight to the construction industry in the region. Today, the company continues in his pioneering tradition, providing a very personal service built on the solid ethics of honesty, excellence and trust.

HCP is an architectural and engineering studio founded in 1985, currently employing more than 100 professionals, dedicated to construction and urban projects affording creative solutions and covering varying different themes including dwellings, sports centres, hotel complexes, skyscrapers, master plans and infrastructure projects.

NDA MARINE is a design team specialized in waterfront development. Created by Emmanuel Delarue in 1987, the NDA team has gained a large amount of experience from architecture and planning to construction details and product design. With our 8 years’ experience in more than 50 successful projects iin waterfront regions like the Gulf countries and Asia, we provide professional and creative solutions for planning, designing and business consulting

Oceans Diving and Marina Service Oceans provide all types of marine and diving services & maintenance, such as: underwater works, underwater inspections, excavation, dredging, trenching, piling, salvage, marine construction & fabrication, underwater cable laying, marine maintenance, hire of vessels & manpower and hire & sale marine & diving equipment. The company has been commissioned as the contractor for the Danat Al Bahrain slipway.

Scott Wilson is now part of URS Corporation. With its headquarters in San Francisco, URS is a leading provider of engineering, construction and technical services for public agencies and private sector companies around the world. Scott Wilson is a global integrated design and engineering consultancy for the built and natural environments.

United Marine Trading (UMT) has been signed on to commence development of phase one of the marina within the project. At completion the marina will berth over 400 boats, phase 1 will have 85 berths holding boats ranging from 14 – 26m. To date, UMT have already worked closely with the team at Danat Al Bahrain, in terms of marina feasibility and design, enabling them to better appreciate the deliverables of the project.
